The company’s catalogues, price list, and advertising materials do not constitute part of any contract between the buyer and the company. Price quotations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell.

Pricing and Validity

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

Notification of Claims

Buyers must notify the company within 48 hours of delivery regarding any claims of shortages, incorrect tiles, or damage to goods in transit. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Shading and Quantity

Shading is inherent in ceramic tiles. Buyers must order the correct quantity as the company cannot guarantee against crazing or shade variation.

Order Quantity Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for ensuring a sufficient quantity of tiles is ordered to cover the required area. It is recommended to add an additional 10% to cover waste and cuts.

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders may incur collection and transport charges. Orders are packed and dispatched promptly, subject to stock availability.

Orders and Delivery

Orders and delivery promises are conditional upon securing necessary materials and are subject to risks beyond our control.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are dated the month goods are dispatched, with all amounts strictly net. Extension of credit is not allowed.

Failed delivery

Failed Delivery will result in a £60 Delivery Charge.

Tile Inspection

Buyers should check tiles carefully before fixing. No refunds or replacements will be offered once tiles are fixed.

Suitability for Installation

Goods supplied do not guarantee suitability for a specific installation. The company’s liability is limited to the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Price Alterations

Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Customer Demands

The company cannot entertain any financial demands from customers for late or incorrect delivery.

Tile Delivery

Tiles are shrink-wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of the property. The driver cannot assist with moving tiles into the property.

Returned Tiles

Returned tiles must be in a resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery.

Privacy Policy

The company is committed to protecting customer privacy and will take necessary actions against unauthorized access to data.

Dispute Settlement

UK legislation will be followed for dispute settlements with overseas customers.

Damaged Tiles

Proof of damage is required for replacements or refunds for broken or damaged tiles.

Tiler Booking

Customers are advised against booking a tiler before inspecting tiles. The company will not be liable for fees incurred due to delays.

Price Promise

The ‘Price Promise Plus’ excludes Natural Stone Products and non-UK sites like Tile Expert. Additionally, price matching is contingent upon the competitor having the item in stock (like for like tiles).

Conclusion

These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and any purchases you make. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are valid during the offer period, cannot be used with other offers, once per household, exclude sale items, and are subject to stock availability. Tile Mountain reserves the right to remove any offer without prior notice.
